Administrative Associate- Wendover Airport

Description:
Performs complex clerical and secretarial duties for the Wendover Airport. Example of Duties : Greet customers and tourists, answer telephones, address personal inquires Monitors expenditures and revenues for the department. Prepares and reviews basic monthly financial reports Communicates aircraft fueling needs and other requests to line personnel Enters data and keeps track of records for fueling and aircraft services Acts as a salesperson for the gift shop, keeps track of gift shop inventory and sales Performs administrative duties as needed to expedite day-to-day operations Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent Two (2) years of full-time experience in office procedures and bookkeeping, or County approved equivalent Must possess a valid driver's license Must pass a criminal history background check and drug screen Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
