Spa 105 on Main is Hiring for a position as a Lash Artist.Eyelash Technician / Lash Technician Benefits• A fun, successful, and busy work environment• Be part of a growing, successful team of health, wellness, and beauty professionals• Competitive wage plus commission, bonuses and gratuity• Free eyelash services• All products provided by Spa 105 on MainEyelash Technician / Lash Technician Principle Responsibilities:• Designs specific eyelash treatments based on 3 volumes• Performs professional eyelash extension sessions• Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by state law and the studios policies and procedures• Understands, promotes, and sells spa 105 on Main service offerings, including choice upgrades• Understands and promotes exclusive retail products for guest's at-home usage and aftercare.• Creates excellent experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude• Provides frequency recommendations and education to guests on proper lash aftercare• Open to ongoing coaching, and learning by attending and participating in required education and training classes• Committed to consistently improving skills through professional development programHere's what we're looking for:• A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Florida• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor and attitude• A customer service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management and coworkers• A professional appearance at all times• Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environmentYou must have previous experience applying lash extensions!Job Types: Part-time, Contract,Pay: hourly or commission basedBenefits:• Employee discount• Flexible schedule• Referral programSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Sunday/Monday/Tuesday• Self-determined schedule• Weekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:• Commission pay• Tips Job Posted by ApplicantPro
