Operations Support Supervisor

Description:
The Operations Support Supervisor will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Assists in research, analyzation, preparation and implementation for projects/tasks. Assists in creating efficiencies by reviewing current and potential software solutions, along with the implementation when solutions are put into place. Assists with coordination, installation and utilization of new software programs. Prepares and provides training on these programs. Works with the VP of Operations Support to create new hire training, along with other training as necessary within the realm of authority. Assists AVP of Internal Services with meeting regulatory reporting deadlines, ensuring documents are sent to vendors in a timely manner. Assists with backing up facility officer as needed. The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Some continuing education in business or finance preferred Minimum five years lending, cash operations and new accounts experience Minimum two years in a direct supervisory role Knowledge in the areas of Records management, imaging, training, procedure management, Escheat, Deceased, IRAs a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Symitar, Meridian Link, Laserfiche a plus Self-directed enthusiastic and highly motivated with a positive attitude Excellent critical thinking skills We provide competitive compensation and benefits package that includes: Health, dental, and vision plans 401(k) plan Life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Plan Paid holidays EOE Job Posted by ApplicantPro
