Membership Coordinator The Alaska Club is looking to hire a full-time Membership Coordinator . Are you a fitness enthusiast with excellent sales skills? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR As a membership coordinator, you are one of the first interactions our guests will have with The Alaska Club. You will work directly underneath the Membership Sales Manager at your club, you will greet and tour guests, build relations, engage guests within their areas in interest, complete follow up calls to our guests to check on their experience and you will have a daily, weekly and monthly sales goal to keep you motivated and engaged! At The Alaska Club, you will have the opportunity to become a professional fitness sales person and will play a very important part in our mission of changing lives! QUALIFICATION FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP COORDINATORS: A clear passion for fitness. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. Sales and/or customer service experience, preferred. Responsibilities: A Membership Call Center Representative handles incoming calls in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Following the most up to date call script and expectations, a MCR provides excellent customer service that results in a positive guest interaction, and, in most cases, an appointment booked to visit our facilities. While not answering calls, MCRs will engage in other duties as assigned by a Regional Director or VP of Membership Development. It is the desire of The Alaska Club to build a positive brand driven by high functioning team members that conduct clear and appropriate communication. Building a positive brand begins with the first interactions with our guests, which is often times in the form of an incoming call.
