Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center seeking a Custodian Team Lead to clean and maintain our facilities. Essential duties include but are not limited to: s weeping, mopping, dusting, interior and exterior window cleaning, disinfecting bathrooms, ensuring cleaning supply levels and placing orders as needed. The Team Lead will act as fill in for staffing shortages including call outs and vacations, create the staffing schedule for all cleaning locations, communicate with custodial teams about any changes or updates in processes. As a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, our focus is meeting the medical, dental and mental health needs of the insured, non-insured and under-insured people in our community and to provide accessible, cost-effective, high quality, comprehensive healt hcare throughout Indian River County, Florida. High School diploma or GED required. One to two years custodial experience is strongly preferred. Valid Florida D river's License is required. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
