$14 - $16/hour ($14/Base + $2/hr. Attendance Premium) 4:00pm - 2:00am Chilly Air Conditioning Weekly Pay Opportunities for Rapid Advancement Elmer Chocolate is the oldest family-owned chocolate company in America. Our factory in Ponchatoula is the 2nd-largest manufacturer of Valentine boxed chocolate in North America. Our automated robotic machinery makes the chocolate, and then associates place the trays & lids on an assembly line and box the displays for store shelves.
