We are seeking a floater to join our Family. This individual will plan and present age-appropriate activities for children to promote intellectual and creative growth. Will provide stimulating activities for the whole child.A teacher must have great love and patience for children. We are seeking candidates who have high standards and believe that the care and the education they provide are invaluable. Qualifications needed to teach them effectively include knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can more easily acclimate to the next level of education. And create a partnership with parents. We are hiring for Daycare Floater Job Type: Full-time Starting pay rate: $12/hr Address: 6010 W. Broadway Pearland, Texas 77581 Daycare Floater Skills: Must meet all suitability for employment criteria set by MSDE, including a criminal background check and medical report Must have CPR /First Aid training, ADA certificate Create a fun and safe learning environment Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents Communicate with parents on children's ' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all children. Daycare Floater Qualifications: 1-year experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields Passionate about working with children Professional with parents/staff/peers/children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Professional at all times (with staff/parents/peers) Excellent written and verbal communication skills CDA, Associates, Bachelors or plan of study leading to one of the above mentioned to qualify for a Lead position.
