Arrow Child & Family Ministries seeking an energetic and experienced Director for our Foster Care programs. The Regional Director will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to support youth in foster homes and ensuring contract and license compliance with the State of Texas and Arrow’s policies. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity as an administrator to make a transformational difference in Texas, then this is the job for you. The Regional Director Requires: Master's degree in a Health or Human Services field. Professional licensure is preferred. Child Placing Management Staff status according to TDFPS standards is preferred. Three (3) years of experience in a director role with foster care programming and coordination services.
