Maintenance/Repair/Handyman needed!Are you handy? Do you know how to fix things? MHC Healthcare is hiring a maintenance person to help make sure our clinics run smoothly.MHC Healthcare is hiring a handy maintenance/repairman to assist with general duties. MHC Healthcare has over 60 healthcare clinic locations throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. As you can imagine, things break and need repairs often. We have an opening for a maintenance person to assist in these various duties.Part-time and full-time options are both available for the maintenance/repair position.Maintenance Responsibilities include the possible repairing and/or maintenance of plumbing, lighting, remodeling, painting, flooring, drywall, heating and air conditioning repairs, repair assessment, etc. You will respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. We are looking for someone that is skilled and hardworking, with outstanding problem-solving capabilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and some technical knowledge are preferred. Any necessary training will also be provided. You will conduct routine maintenance inspections of premises and equipment. You will handle basic repairs and preventative maintenance.Qualified maintenance/repairman candidates have maintenance experience, an eye for detail, the ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment, good communication skills, and detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem- solving. MUST HAVE CAR. We have clinics throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia that may need to be serviced accordingly.Maintenance Hours: All clinics treat patients between the hours of 10 and 6:30. But your schedule can be flexible. Must have a CAR. MHC Healthcare will reimburse each pay period for any mileage or expenses. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
