JOB BRIEF As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will use a combination of market research, networking, and outreach, to strategically identify and contact qualified leads. Through phone calls, social media, and email, with potential clients, you teach prospective clients what our organization can offer them. Using your excellent communication skills and friendly personality, you connect with people in the industry and expand our company's profile in the market. You track these interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. You get significant compensation from turning leads into qualified prospects to drive sales opportunities . To succeed in this role, you should have experience developing leads from marketing, events & social media campaigns and meeting sales quotas. If you are ambitious, motivated, and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE A good understanding of business and experience in using sales techniques to identify opportunities for sales/improvement or new ways to achieve objectives.
