The Job at a Glance Manage critical data, turn data into information, information into insight and insight into recommendations for business decisions. Provide analytical support for the organization, with a holistic view of members and the business. Responsible for development and delivery of information and analytics solutions to key business stakeholders using Microsoft Power BI and other Reporting Tools. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data, build dashboards to help drive efficiency, financial and operational metrics. A Typical Day Work directly with our business units to identify, understand, and translate key metrics into high quality analytics solutions designed to enhance and improve critical business processes. Collaborate with operational leaders to generate and/or modify reports to identify trends and important feedback to make actionable decisions for the business. Design clear, concise data visualizations that maximizes audience understanding Ability to work with others regardless of their analytical proficiency or technical competence. Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data analysis into business and marketing optimization recommendations Develop, test, and learn framework to measure program initiatives and organization performance Works with internal and external teams to understand, define, and document the overarching business objective, emphasizing proper data governance. Develop ad-hoc reports as necessary Ensures high data query quality and reliable insights Champion the introduction of new tools, technologies, and best practices for integration, master data management, maintenance, testing, deployment, reporting & analytics. Ensure that all BI solutions are designed and built to comply with, and always adhere to, security, data privacy and other risk & compliance policies, procedures, and controls. What We Look For Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, Math, Statistics, Business, or other related field. Experience 4+ years of marketing analytics/digital analytics or related field Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL) Experience 4+ years using programing languages such as R or Python, or similar tools, for data analysis, statistical modeling and data visualization Experience 2+ years of data visualization tool experience (Power BI preferred) Expert Knowledge of relational databases, DAX, Power Query and Measures preferred Knowledge & understanding of Financial Reports. A passion for continued learning and drive for results Ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams Project management and organizational skills Credit Union Experience preferred Keystone Experience preferred Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment Breadth and depth of knowledge pertaining to the credit union industry/retail financial services business, with the well-rounded knowledge of credit union practices preferred Location: 450 E. 22nd Street, Lombard, IL Job Posted by ApplicantPro
