Healthcare Plus is opening a new office location in Crystal Lake and is in need of an office admin. We're looking for an individual that is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, preferably has experience in healthcare or customer service, has manageable computer skills, and is a fast learner. We will be holding in-person interviews on Monday, May 8. Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Social Security Card Valid Driver's License Responsibilities include: Supervises the delivery of care to participants Client visits Addresses concerns brought up by both field workers and clients Making Plans of Care for clients Ensuring workers show up to shifts Maintaining client and caregiver records Preferred qualifications: Data entry, fax, emails, spreadsheets, excel Answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages Customer service Fast learner Responsible The following things are a plus: Bilingual DHS or CCU experience HCA (caregiver) experience Feel free to email your resume to XXXX@hcpcaregivers.com or XXXX@hcpcaregivers.com.
