Role Description Kraken Kourts & Skate s is actively seeking Pickleball Instructors to join our crew! The Pickleball Instructor/Coach instructs, teaches, and assists in all Pickleball Programmed activities. The pickleball coach will support the mission, purpose, and goals of the organization while performing his/her job duties and responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Individual must be energetic, friendly, possess a can-do attitude, and a willingness to help members learn and play the game of Pickleball Provides group and individual Pickleball lessons Assists with special pickleball events and tournaments Evaluates the success of each activity, event, or outing and identifies opportunities for improvement in the future Job Requirements 1+ years of experience in Pickleball Provide excellent verbal communication and customer service to members Must possess excellent customer service skills Ability to relate well to children, to communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain positive relations with crew members ad guests Enthusiasm, high energy and exceptional human relations and motivational skills Ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds , abilities, opinions, and perceptions Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished orally, in writing, or in diagram form A re You Ready to Join Our Crew ?
