Entry Level Service Advisor for New Remodeled State of the Art Service Department We are seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor to join our Service Team at our state of the art facility that was just newly remodeled. Our ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience. Manage customer concerns and complaints to ensure the best outcome is achieved. Scheduling of appointments and management of workflow. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding repair concerns. Provide precise estimates and ensure clients fully understand the repair procedures involved. Strive to exceed customer expectations to ensure their service experience is the best it can be. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Efficient computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
