Work Location: Bradenton , FL As part of this role you will: Schedule and register patients in multiple EHRs, across 10+ specialties, and in over 40 clinics Be an expert at insurance identification and verification Complete patient screening for eligibility programs and authorization Connect patients to our nursing team for triage when needed Be the friendly, helpful voice to our patients What you need to bring to this role: High School diploma or GED required 2+ years' experience scheduling in a multi-specialty practice required (5+ preferred) 2+ years' experience using an EHR required (multiple preferred) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Athena, Dentrix, or NextGen EHR experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required Tech savviness and an organized mind-set Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Must be flexible, resourceful and able to troubleshoot Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities **MCR Health is a drug free workplace.
