Premier Medical Resources in Jersey Village (77040) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and/or specialized talent needs with limited oversight. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support Premier Medical Resources mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the business it supports. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Partner with hiring manager to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements. Proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media, and other channels. Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs. Assess candidate applications/resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool. Conduct thorough salary analysis for candidate offers to ensure equity and compliance with applicable policies. Facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms. Serve as a resource for prospective candidates providing information on available position, status of application, or assistance in applying online. Manage confidential data, build, and improve current practices, share ideas, and take ownership. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to take initiative with minimal direction Innovative and genuinely curious Knowledge of social media and experience with LinkedIn/Indeed recruitment Strong commitment to customer service Ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment, yet work independently to see projects through to completion Excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting Ability to adapt to a changing environment and use strong judgement to make sound decisions Knowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree, or Four (4) years of experience in lieu of education Two (2) years of experience in talent acquisition in healthcare Work week schedule: On-site position Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM What we offer: 3 Medical Plans 2 Dental Plans 2 Vision Plans 401(k) with a 2-year vesting PTO + Holidays ABOUT US: Premier Medical Resources, LLC is a healthcare management company, headquartered in NW Houston near the Jersey Village area.
