POSITION PURPOSE & SUMMARY The Vice-President (VP) of Strata Med is responsible to plan, direct, supervise and coordinate all operations of Strata Med. The position is responsible for operations, service delivery, programming, human resources, budget management and development, operating cash flow management, and for helping to provide an integrated wellness brand throughout not only the Strata entity, but also the entire Garden of the Gods Resort and Club (collectively referred to as the "Company"). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Business Operations Team builder to create a culture of care and accountability for employees, patients, members, and Exhibit operational effectiveness and Lead and manage all Strata business planning, budget management, forecasts, expense management, cash flow and capital plan execution. Ensure effective clinical care is Establish organizational recruiting strategy; ensure effective new hire onboarding and oversight of all Strata Med training Day-to-day provider and patient journey Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate medical clinic and ancillary Leads and ensures a consistent high-quality service experience and brand Community engagement (employers, vendors, team members, Resort and Club, ) Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) integrator Clinical Operations Clinician oversight and Develop and implement standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for medical departments and integrative Insure effective clinical care is delivered and operating results Ensure medical compliance with all applicable rules, credentialing, licensing, and Sales & Marketing Oversee marketing and brand messaging to drive new business and ensure operational alignment and Technology & Finance Lead technology initiatives to include EMR, financial systems, and patient outcome Analytics and ROI analysis by department, program, service, product, clinician, Ideally has medical call center KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Medical operations Comprehensive insurance Has previously managed a successful medical Technology: EMR system, CRM financial systems, data warehouse, patient portals and the Ideally: Sales development and management Understands health and wellness Agile Ability to prioritize and manage a multitude of critical tasks Prepare and analyze service contracts, budgetary documents, and financial Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, representatives of community organizations and the public. PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum Knowledge • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of di plomacy and team involvement. • Must be a confident communicator and presenter. Tact, empathy, and self-discipline are traits required. • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills. Needs to excel in problem solving and be analytical and detail oriented. • Ability to interview, supervise and train subordinates. • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment to resolve personnel and production issues that arise during daily operations. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, team members, members, and the general public. • Must be able to understand medical, and wellness related terminology including the various treatment modalities, equipment, and products. • Must effectively manage HIPAA and related compliance regulations. • Ability to handle conflicting ideas around wellness topics and communicate information effectively. • Must be able to think critically and creatively, have knowledge of proper body mechanics to prevent injury. Formal Education & Job- Related Experience • A graduate degree in health services administration and/or a health- related field preferred. • A minimum of five (5) years professional administrative leadership experience in a health care delivery setting including budgetary and operational analysis is required. In place of leadership in a healthcare field, five (5) years of experience in a management position of a medical clinic is an acceptable requirement.
