We have 1st and 2nd shift openings. 2nd shift receives a 10% shift differential (in addition to hourly rate). No waiting period for benefits. The position: We are seeking a highly experienced CNC Set-up Milling Machinist for (1st and 2nd shift) to set-up different complex jobs in our shop utilizing FANUC operating systems. You will be setting up machining for valuable castings/forgings to manufacture them into quality parts for customers. Typical 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm. Typical 2nd shift hours are 4:20pm-2:50am Monday - Friday. Must be available for overtime including weekends and during peak production times. Job duties: -Set-up CNC machinery to specifications. -Plan difficult set-ups. -Perform complex set-ups for a series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to ensure close/exacting tolerances and finish specifications. -Resolve problems and make suggestions for improvement. -Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work area. -Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
