Anchor Post Acute is a beautiful 120-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located behind Aiken Mall in Aiken, South Carolina. We are currently looking to expand our Maintenance team with a Floor Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining the floors and baseboards throughout the facility to provide a safe and hazard-free environment for employees, patients and visitors. Employees perform general, routine cleaning, maintenance, waxing and restoration services. Please review the below duties and if you have the qualifications, then we are eager to meet you! (Full time) 2nd Shift 3p-11p available Duties include, but not limited to: Stripping, waxing and buffing floors General carpet cleaning and extraction Other cleaning duties as needed Responsible for the care and cleaning of all floor equipment. Responsible for proper handling of all chemicals as well as following proper infection control policies and proper PPE use. Qualifications: 1-2 years experience as Floor Tech in healthcare setting Must pass drug screen and background check and have reliable transportation.
