We offer services in maintenance agreements, temperature controls, commercial kitchen service, and construction. Our goal of service & growth is in our name - Success Through Reputation. We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Raleigh, NC area. What you will do - Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems and food service equipment, for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units or replace parts for existing units according to specifications Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls Communicate with Dispatch to ensure completion of scheduled job Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers What you need to qualify Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Typically 3-5 years experience Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
