What does an Accounts Payable Accounting Associate do? An Accounts Payable Accounting Associate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices as well as researching and resolving any discrepancies. In addition, this position will process checks and prepare the checks for mailing in a timely fashion. Qualifications: A High School Diploma is required. An Associate's Degree in a business-related field or relevant work experience is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of Excel.
