Description:
Position Description Minimum 3+ years' experience. Training end users in application and systems functionality. Responsible for business process analysis and documentation, and process improvements. Deliver NetSuite applications training to our user community via virtual and classroom training. Onboarding training and Skills Gap Analysis of internal staff. Build out comprehensive training modules based on employee lifecycle stages; content & delivery, assessment, follow up, planning and promotion. Ensure success of training delivery, interacting internally and with our various teams to confirm requirements and content is up to date, delivery logistics, knowledge transfer, and follow-up. Collaborate with Business and technology teams (finance/accounting, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, Business Development, Professional Services, and Support) to identify success standards and incorporate new NetSuite product features into the lifecycle training offerings for each unique audience. Contribute subject matter expertise to the design and development of systems/application training material and content, learning paths, training assessments, and delivery options. Develop training strategy and training success metrics. Develop and maintains IAS process functionality, Standard operating procedure documentation and training guides. Responsible for day-to-day support, configurations, customization, testing and training of NetSuite Applications. Candidates must have previous experience producing and delivering training materials for technology systems. Knowledge in usage of finance/accounting systems and applications would be beneficial. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations using web-based training delivery technology to technical and non-technical audiences.
