We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer who is creative, self-motivated, results driven and a strategic thinker. Excellent benefits are provided, including: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) AND 401(k) with company match Paid time off, including vacation, paid sick leave and holidays Tuition reimbursement plan that pays 100% of continuing education expenses Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance with an employer funded HSA Fully paid life insurance and disability protection plans Responsibilities of our Sales Engineer: Increase sales by developing new relationships and penetrating new markets for formliners and CNC milling services Work with existing customers to understand future needs for our products and services Review contract plans to develop scope sheets that will be used for quote generation Develop accurate and timely quotations Work aggressively to turn every quote into a sale Provide technical assistance and conduct technical presentations as needed to architects, engineers, and contractors Qualifications for our Sales Engineer: Bachelor degree in a technical field such as civil or architectural engineering required Sales experience preferred Construction estimating experience required Strong mechanical aptitude Outstanding attention to detail Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills Computer proficiency required, project mgmt. experience preferred Scott System specializes in formliners that provide a simple solution to turn ordinary concrete into a beautifully textured pattern with high detail and exceptional finish quality. Throughout the United States, our products are used in a variety of applications, including retaining walls, abutments, parking garages, and buildings. We also offer fast and efficient CNC milling services for foam, wood, plastic and metal and we have evolved into one of the more sophisticated milling companies in the Northeast.
