Senior Construction Project Manager Location/Area: Colorado Springs, CO Salary Range: $115K to $140K per year IHC SCOTT is a nationally known, full-service heavy-civil contractor specializing in building highways, airfields, streets and local roads, parking lots, industrial pavements, and water resource projects. Job Description: The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects and supervise Project Managers in IHC Scott's Colorado Springs area. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing performance and gross margin including estimating, operations, administrative, equipment, and personnel functions. This position will have complete overall responsibility for organizing and directing the continuous operations of all contracted work assigned with the understanding and daily following of TQM philosophy. This is to be accomplished in conjunction with practicing ethical business transactions and adhering to the corporate policies, values, and beliefs while pursuing the company's short and long-range goals. Must be willing/able to travel. Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in heavy civil highway construction Intimate knowledge of project management including documentation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, dispute resolution, personnel management, and resource scheduling (personnel & equipment) Must possess excellent people skills and be a team player, self-starter, and educator Possesses excellent organization/coordination skills Computer skills must include Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Access) and P6 Scheduling Must be willing/able to travel Preferences: BS Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Experienced with Heavy Civil Construction Experienced with Design/Build Benefits: Complete medical, dental, and vision Profit sharing and 401k with generous company match Competitive salary Front-loaded personal leave program Why work with IHC Scott?
