Responsibilities Delivering superior guest services and ensuring an excellent service experience Training and encouraging team members Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Labor management with the skill of consistently hitting results Daily and weekly management of shifts while upholding QSC Ability to conduct inventories Daily, Weekly, & Monthly food cost management Manage the repair, maintenance, & overall cleanliness of the restaurant Uphold health & food safety of the restaurant Requirements Minimum 1 year of proven experience as supervisor or relevant role Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience Self-Motivated Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty) Ability to make effective decisions Excellent verbal & written communication skills Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role A stable work history with positive references This BurgerFi Franchise is a subsidiary of NDM Hospitality Services LLC.
