Wilbarger General Hospital, Vernon, TX is seeking individual to join our Environmental Services Team. Full time position currently available. Excellent compensation and benefit packages available. Job Summary: Responsible for overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction). May be in contact with patients under a variety of circumstances; may be occasionally subject to irregular hours; may be required to wear protective equipment as necessary. Job Qualifications: A . Education: High School graduate or equivalent. B . Experience: 1. Prefer experience with floor care. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and floor maintenance equipment. 2. Technical training: None required. C . Physical and Mental Requirements: Position requires extended periods of walking and standing. Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
