A combined position that is responsible for both duties. Assist pool manager at facility and supervise lifeguards. Two years lifeguard experience with current Red Cross certification, first aid and CPR Responsible for the coordination, and evaluation of the Learn-to-Swim unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: teaching classes, planning, assigning and directing work for the other WSI instructors, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Minimum 18 years of age.
