Job Description NetCentrics is seeking an agile, fluid & vibrant Systems Engineering Lead to support NetCentrics Customer...OMC. OMC's mission is to support the Office of Military Commissions trial efforts. Customer is driven to evolve their security stack. Job Responsibilities and Requirements PKI Engineering and O&M Propose a turnkey solution for the design, implementation, management, and maintenance of a PKI based authentication capability for the Special Access networked system. Provide necessary hardware, software, and tokens to support Special Access PKI solution. Perform certificate generation and issuance for the Special Access system. Provide secure key storage capabilities, and key recovery for the Special Access system. Provide customer guidance on system changes, solutions, processes, policies, and procedures based on customer mission and ATO requirements. Conduct discovery meetings with the customer to gather requirements for upcoming projects. Assist with solutioning based on customer problems, pain points, mission, and requirements. Provide solution design to include: architecture, vendors, components, requirements, security controls, cost analysis, proposed level of effort (LOE) Work with Security Engineer and ISSOs to identify required security controls based on RMF requirements. Provide all information required for Change Management, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and system documentation for submission to customer, ISSM, and AO Task Lead Identify areas of growth related to the contract and customer Work with NetCentrics Program Management, and CxO team regarding contract status and opportunities. Manage NetCentrics teammates to ensure they are providing the best experience for our customer. Supervise NetCentrics teammates to ensure they are following all NetCentrics policies and procedures, ensure staff are fulfilling their employment requirements, and filling out their timesheets on time and correctly. Work with other contracting teammates and customer in relationship to NetCentrics teammate isssues. Manage program plan, budget and resources.. Planning for change and risks across the program. Defining and measuring program success. Cosmec The contractor may be required to function as a Communications Security (COMSEC) custodian in support of network encryption devices. If required, the Government will provide requisite training. This will be identified on the DD254, Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification. Requirements 7 or more years of professional experience supporting DOD PKI hardware and software systems. Administrative experience in day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades to hardware, software and operating systems in a PKI Environment 2 years experience in the design, build, and maintenance of a PKI environment including upgrades to other hardware and software Experience managing a team of 4 members or more Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including consideration of vendor certification in the technology being applied.
