Personal Trainer: Personal Trainers are responsible for providing continued wellness support based on the YMCA Members' needs and goals by providing various personal training services that maximize their workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and their improve their overall sense of well-being. Conducts equipment orientations, monitors equipment for repair needs, and maintains a clean and safe environment for members. Provides one on one personal training sessions as well as group settings Personal Trainer Pay & Benefits: Base Pay (when not providing personal training): $14.61/hour $28.00/hr. - 45 minute Personal Training session $32.00/hr. - 60 minute Personal Training session $34.00/hr. - 45 minute Personal Training session with a Partner $38.00/hr. - 60 minute session Personal Training session with a Partner All employees receive a free YMCA membership! Please see our website for additional Employee Benefits details: Full Time YMCA Employees (30+ hours/week), Part Time Employees (15 - 29 hours/week) and Casual Employees (1 - 14 hours/week). Personal Trainer Qualifications: 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or Sports Medicine or other directly related field OR an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training and/or education Within 1 month of hire: First Aid Certification & CPR Certification for Adult, Child and Infant - Training Available at the YMCA.
