**Per Governor Inslee's COVID-19 Proclomation for Health Care Facilities, all employees must be fully vaccinated or have been granted a "Disability or Religious Exemption" prior to first day of work** FULL TIME POSITION WITH SPLIT DUTIES Accounting Assistant Job Summary: Under the direction of the Financial Controller , the Accounting Assistant will execute the following job duties and responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. *Assists Financial Controller in preparing internal and external financial statements. *Assists Financial Controller in gathering needed data for periodic and annual reports such as cost report, DOH Year End Report, Data Bank and others. *Reconciles Assigned Balance Sheet accounts in the General Ledger on a monthly basis/periodic basis within department timelines and according to account reconciliation schedule. *Reviews and reconciles material Income Statement Accounts in the General Ledger in coordination with Financial Controller. *Prepares and inputs necessary Journal Entries for all accounts on a monthly basis. *Assists in preparation of annual budget and inputs budget into the accounting system of record. *Backs up Payroll and AP processing as needed. *Reviews accounting workflows and recommends changes to accounting procedures to Financial Controller as needed. *Provides accounting support for Financial Controller relating to board meetings, audits, cost report and other internal/external accounting needs. HR ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager , the HR Assistant will execute the following job duties and responsibilities. *Audits of employee files for State and Federal Compliance *Recruitment/Onboarding/Offboarding as well as Orientation trainings *Filing and updating the HRIS system (ADP) *Employee communications Job Posted by ApplicantPro
