Description:
POSITION: Treasury Management Officer PRIMARY FUNCTION: To represent the Credit Union to the local business market to build and sustain successful business member deposit relationships with an emphasis on treasury products and services. Actively participates in Credit Union and community events that support business development plans and goals. Responsible for creating the strategic direction for the Treasury Management product line to ensure competitive, compliant, marketable, and profitable products are available for target member segments. REQUIRED SKILLS: Treasury Management product line development Proven business development including generating new client acquisition and retention. Proficient in treasury products including regulatory management, training staff, and articulating benefits of products to internal and external clients. Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail skills Superior Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, listening, and interviewing skills. Regulatory Knowledge/Skills: Thorough knowledge of marketplace trends; risk management in area of Treasury Management. EXPERIENCE: Required 5 to 8 years of similar or related experience; Strongly Preferred Financial services industry experience of 10 years or greater. EDUCATION: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree. STARTING DATE: As soon as possible. WORK LOCATION: East Bend Branch. Frequent meeting in all branches including all communities in Central Oregon.
