Our most recent addition is the newly completed Sonny's Pavilion, which enables us to house group outings of up to 500+ people in a comfortable, scenic setting! Sonny's Place is named in honor of the owner's father, recognizing how family ties get stronger when kids and adults get the chance to have fun together. Position Housekeeping/Cleaner Job Summary (Essential Functions) To undertake cleaning of bathrooms and public areas to a quality standard and to ensure all room facilities are working. To self-check areas to the minimum standard required by the Company and rectify if the standard is below expectations. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) To service public areas to a high quality as directed by the Maintenance Manager. To service bathrooms as per the list to the required standard at all times. Vacuum floors to remove all debris, lift and check the vacuum cleaner weekly and change dust bag when necessary. Clean all hard surfaces to a quality sheen using appropriate cleaning chemicals. Ensure the facility is clean and well-stocked at all times. Report promptly any defects, scuffs, and fabric damage, including equipment and light bulbs, to the department manager. To offer a professional service to guests of the facility that is in keeping with five-star standards. Be aware of and comply with statutory requirements regarding the workplace, such as health and safety, hygiene, fire prevention, manual handling, and chemicals and other substances that may be hazardous to your health. To carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the operations. Reports to : Maintenance Manager
