Responsibilities * Builds and Develops strong relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers * Demonstrates an understanding of our clients' priorities, processes, and policies * Sets up discovery calls to analyze client needs and offer staffing and solutions recommendations in partnership with our Solutions Team. * Supports the delivery of top talent to our clients in partnership with our International Recruiting Team and Center * Support and develop recruiters by aligning with clear goals and understanding of requisitions, constant communication, and constructive feedback on delivery of talent * Identifies top IT talent from the pool of candidates through existing networks, continued new networks, referrals, and word of mouthRequirements * Minimum of 3 years of staffing experience * Proven track record of delivering results * Experience using social media tools for sourcing * Expertise in networking and Boolean searching * Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate match * Prioritize and possesses excellent time management skills * Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships * Exceptional written and oral communication * Negotiation and presentation skills * Bachelor's degree or equivalent Nice To Have * Services/Consulting sales experience * Formal Leadership experienceAt STAND 8, we are experts in global IT staffing and solutions that focus on the "bleeding edge" of technology. We leverage PEOPLE, PROCESS, TECHNOLOGY, and innovation to provide a world-class experience for our customers, partners, and employees.If you want to be part of a team with a track record of success, over 100% growth in the last year, and a mission to provide and build opportunities and success for others - lets talk!We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the Sales Market in Los Angeles CA.Responsibilities * Build and develop strong relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers that result in staffing and services business. * Develop account strategies to win, build, and grow business from new and existing accounts. * Set up discovery calls to analyze client needs and offer staffing and solutions recommendations in partnership with our Solutions Team. * Bring in new logos and opportunities by leaning on your internal network, social media, cold calling, virtual meetings, client visits, and word of mouth. * Manage a successful job and candidate lifecycle which includes: hosting qualification calls, analyzing job descriptions, evaluating candidate profiles as a match, mentoring recruiters, recommending boolean and search strategies, and obtaining interviews and offers with hiring managersExperience and Qualifications * 3-5 years of business development experience with a proven record of delivering technical staffing results. * Understand complex technologies and how they relate to solving customer problems. * Strength in building strong customer trust and relationships. * Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills. * Manage client relationships, recognize key issues, and consistently meet client needs and project objectives through weekly/monthly follow-ups. * Analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine an appropriate match. * Bachelor's degree or equivalentNice to have * Services/Consulting sales experience * Formal Leadership experience * Technical certifications or accreditationsAdditional DetailsThe base salary range for this position is $55K - $85K annually, depending on experience.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
