Job Description Our Chick-fil-A location delivery service is getting busier every day. We are seeking to hire delivery drivers for our breakfast, lunch or dinner times within our delivery area. Faith-based, individually owned & operated company Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Shifts between 5:30am-11:00pm Compensation: $10/hr. plus tips. Our Benefits: Health Insurance with Contribution Access to scholarships at $2,500 per year Sundays off Opportunities for Advancement Leadership Development Food Discounts Positive Work Environment Requirements: Must be 18 or older Must be comfortable working outside, if needed Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad Ability to multitask Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Customer Service-Oriented Responsibilities: Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality Operating the POS at the drive thru Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Thank you for your interest in employment at Chick-fil-A Chastain Square!
