The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, self-motivation, and exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Duties:Provide legal counsel on tax-related matters with a focus on ERISA and employee benefits.Advise clients on executive compensation issues and compliance.Draft and review legal documents, including plan documents and agreements.Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations affecting employee benefits.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-employee benefits and executive compensation.Strong academic credentials with a law degree from an accredited institution.Proven ability to work independently and lead on tax-related matters.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills:In-depth knowledge of ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation.Current understanding of tax laws and regulations.Strong legal research and analytical abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Leadership qualities and the ability to work in a collaborative legal environment.
