Closing Date: January 30, 2-24 Reporting to the Lead, Processing Continuous Improvement (CI), the Continuous Improvement Reliability Engineer or EIT is responsible for implementing initiatives improving safety, reliability, product quality, plant efficiency and plant throughput. In this role, you will promote a culture of Operating Excellence and the sharing of site successes that can be actioned across our operations, while being a leader in organizational change and project execution. To be successful, we require someone who has excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is resourceful, organized, and can prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced team environment.
