Location: Westfield, MA Responsibilities: The Individual Supports Program in Westfield is looking to hire a Coordinator. The qualified candidate will become part of a team focused on improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism, who live independently in the community. Hours: 40 Hours a week - Full Time Responsibilities: Provide leadership and supervision to Case Managers Participate in the development of ISP’s in accordance with DDS regulations Process timesheets and track hours for billing Work closely with DDS Service Coordinators and Supervisors Maintain quality programming through adherence to agency standards and DDS regulations Skills required for this position: Demonstrate excellent organization skills Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility and work cooperatively with a team Communicate clearly both written and orally Respond effectively to emergency situations Required qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Human Services or a related field with a minimum of 3 years professional experience. Bachelors Degree requirement can be replaced with 5 years of Supervisory experience working in the field of Human Services. Compensation is commensurate with experience and level of education.
