To qualify for this position, candidates must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, food science, or a related field.2. Must be self-motivated, results driven, and a creative problem solver.3. Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as Canvas, MS Office, (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.5. On-site role (no remote or hybrid opportunities) - Required SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategic marketing including general leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our business strategies and digital marketing campaigns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates/develops content to upload to social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, etc. This position will support projects (innovation decks) critical to the growth of the new business development in our sales target goal. Tracks new product launches and trends in the supplement space by leveraging different digital platforms. Knowledge of OEM/ODM manufacturers and would like to better understand our portfolio of functional health foods and general foods & beverages as well. Connecting and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and R&D/I team to develop the innovation deck. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must be a player and have the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people and work styles. A self-motivated, results-driven, and a creative problem solver. Have superior skills in multitasking and completing deadlines on time. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Able to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems. Takes initiative and seeks additional training or direction as needed. Must be willing to abide by Cosmax NBT USA’s policies and procedures, including those that are safety-related. Self-motivated individual willing to work hard, able to work in a group and alone, and be quality conscious. Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude toward work and co-workers. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a wide variety of equipment. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science or related field. A self-motivated, results driven, and creative problem solver. Working knowledge of basic computer software applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Must possess strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines. Able to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems. Takes initiative and seeks additional training or direction as needed. Must be willing to abide by Cosmax NBT USA’s policies and procedures, including those that are safety related. Constant physical activities are required for this position. Able to tolerate working environment with inside hot and cold temperatures. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Activities include the ability to reach overhead, squat, and bend at the waist; the ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more; the ability to climb up and down stairs throughout a shift; tolerance of standing posture continuously during shift; and intense walking is involved. Dexterity for manipulating work materials; repetitive motion; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to respond to safety signals, such as those generated by forklifts.
