Job Details Job Location : Rsbg - OTP - Roseburg, OR Position Type : Full Time Education Level : 2 Year Degree Salary Range : $53,000.00 - $74,000.00 Salary Job Shift : Day Description Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Drug & Alcohol Counselor to join their Opioid Treatment Program! We Offer: 100% paid premiums for full family medical insurance Waiver cash option Dental and Vision insurance available Generous sick and vacation time accrual rates; accrued time rolls over year-to-year. 5% 401k employer contribution Life insurance policy Employee Assistance Program Clinical supervision toward licensure is available. The OTP Counselor is a certified clinical position. Position provides direct client services, including screenings, assessments, evaluating level of care, diagnose for substance use criteria, screen for mental health symptoms, refer, treatment plan and document appropriately. The counselor demonstrates improving skill level and competent practice as reflected in supervisor review and QA.Primary Responsibilities: Facilitates groups using education, discussion, and group process. Focus on emotional / social / and family issues relevant to clients with chemical abuse / addiction problems. Monitors collection of UA, utilizing agency protocol. Receives minimum 70% score on all ADAPT provided training examinations Attends staff meetings and development trainings as scheduled. Participates in clinical supervision including group and individual observation, QA review of documentation, and personal goal tracking highlighted in yearly evaluation. Attends minimum of 2 hours individual or group supervision per month. Demonstrates improving competency as reflected by observation, clinical supervision and QA feedback. Minimum of 75% Competent Practice rating necessary to move to Counselor 2. Completes work within designated timeframes. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
