Where does time go? How does it go so fast that a puppy helplessly grows up at a shelter and no one comes to adopt him. One of these pics shows this little Lincoln boy as a young pup and oh so innocent. Time goes by so fast! When a puppy arrives at a shelter, it is always a risk that a serious virus like parvo can strike and cause havoc and even death. Well our little Lincoln was at the shelter and then he broke with parvo and was delayed in starting his eligibility for adoption. He beat the virus thank the Lord! He was delayed for months on starting his search for a home. We estimate that he was born late in October of 2022. He is not ready for the final step in his life and hopes to find that final home very soon. Yes he is a black Lab mix, those so often get overlooked for the lighter colors. But trust us, Lincoln is a star and a gift waiting for some family. He has been fostered by a family with small children. Lincoln loved all the attention this precious family gave him. He deserves to share his great love of children with another forever family with kids. At just 6 months of age, Lincoln is 27 lbs.! He has finally finished his vetting and is ready to start life with his very own home. We predict he will be a 50 pound adult dog.
