Amos is a happy, mellow senior pit bull mix. He was a staff favorite in a high-kill California shelter and now is at our Stagecoach sanctuary where he is awaiting a forever family. Short walks and a comfy bed to sleep on are all it will take to make Amos even happier. He loves to give kisses and is friendly to people of all ages. Amos would be a great companion for someone who works during the day, as he is housetrained, quiet, and content to sleep the day away while he waits for his people to come home! His eyesight is poor in low light levels and he does have some arthritis, but Amos is a true "turnkey", easy dog to love.
