Responsibilities: Must have minimum 9-11 years of relevant experience on Oracle Finance modules. Total experience 12-13 years Experience in implementing Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, modules. Additional modules exposure, namely Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS), iReceivables, iSupplier, Eb-tax, Projects, will be an added advantage. Functional professional with at least 5+ ERP Financials implementation experience (Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS). Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training. Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong networking skills (internal and external relationship management) Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence Superior verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding and awareness about technology lifecycle including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition. Strong presentation skills coupled with technical writing skills and eagerness to Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude. Must be comfortable to travel across USA as per business needs. Experience in Project Costing and Billing (Preferred)
