Location: Illinois - South of Champaign and just West of Terre Haute on the IL/IN border Specialty Needed: Family Medicine BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible within 2 years of residency Length Of Assignment: Immediate upon credentials and ongoing Facility Type: Large Multi-Specialty Group Family Practice Patient Volume: Average 18-20 patients per day; 80% adult/geri; 20% pediatrics Call Requirements: TBD/ flexible Other Information: Flexible weekday scheduling 4 - 5 days per week Rates: negotiated contingent upon experience etc.. Practice in a desirable area on the border of both Illinois and Indiana where they cherish their parks, lakes, shopping centers, restaurants, and many other assets.
