Project Pony.The Good:11 years old , 10.1hh, UTD shots, farrier was out todayEnjoys lead line, Easy keeper, Loves walking on trails, Cross ties, wants his 'person' that he can trust and loveThe Bad:Doesn't get along well with other horses in the pastureGets defensive if he feels like he is going to be hit (fast movements, etc) and will spin to kickTenses up around kids, snarls his teeth, ect.It breaks my heart getting rid of this guy. I've had him for a year and worked with him a lot. He is a puppy dog around me. He follows me around the pasture, I can hug him, pet him, etc and he's a love. The downfall is, I'm pretty sure he was beat on by some kids before me and takes awhile to warm up and trust. I don't trust him enough to let my 4 year old run out in the pasture and love on him. I'm not interested in comments telling me how I can rehab him and what he needs. I know what he needs and I don't have the time to give it to him.
