Job Description Due to an internal promotion, Aramark Canada is seeking an experienced Project Specialist to join their Growth Enablement team. In this role, you with report to the Sr Director Growth Enablement and Business Partnership, Facility Services. You will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning and execution of assigned account mobilizations and construction projects. The position will have the responsibility for developing and monitoring the allocation of resources against a defined mobilization and/or capital construction plan. The position acts as a key liaison to our clients for Aramark and is responsible to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic capital and mobilization processes. Job Responsibilities Collect, space and data collection and input into CMMS Software. Verify site data with ARAMARK personnel and hospital staff. Review design documents and project scopes to ensure the intent of the project will be met. Ensure Aramark Laundry, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Transport Standards are adhered to and followed. Develop check lists for planned work and develop process for new and existing accounts Manage project budgets and expenditures to ensure approved project budgets are not exceeded. Develop an inventory of “open issues” and track all issues until resolution or closure. Review, research and implement facility related technical and regulatory issues. The ability to hear and communicate with others in a clear, understandable, and professional manner on the phone and in person. The ability to interact effectively with engineers, contractors, ARAMARK personnel and client staff in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications College/University degree or technical college diploma. Degree in an engineering or environmental discipline is preferred. Related experience in working independently and meeting project deliverables on time and budget. Requires the.
