Fast Forward EventsSales Account ExecutiveDate Available: Immediate StartSalary: $40k - 45K, plus CommissionAward winning experience and event agency, Fast Forward, is seeking a high energy, driven,creative Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Executive with a passion for the food, wine and craftbeverage markets to help grow the consumer and business-to- business exhibit, sponsorshipand advertising/marketing assets in new as well as existing events and programs.The Sales Account Executive at Fast Forward Events is responsible for achieving booth spacesales, media, and digital advertising revenue goals through growing an existing territory, alongwith prospecting and driving new business. The role will involve account management (bothnew and existing client base) for the accounts/leads assigned in the adult beverage market. Thisposition requires a self-starter who is ready to meet and exceed the sales targets and showobjectives. You will be responsible for immersing yourself in this industry to develop strongindustry knowledge and relationships; and in time to come be recognized for your industryexpertise and strong network of regular clientsEssential duties and responsibilities will include:∙ Actively solicit and close sales through sourcing and developing new leads through faceto-face meetings (in-person and online) as well as cold calling.∙ Exploring clients’ marketing needs and providing value-led, customer-focused solutionsto meet their business goals.∙ Work to align exhibitor, advertiser and sponsor’s goals and objectives with the audiencesthat attends events produced by Fast Forward.∙ Manage Fast Forward’s CRM system (Zoho) including managing the sales pipeline andproviding accurate, timely reports to VP of Sales and Marketing∙ Maintaining and growing your knowledge in your markets as well as developmentshappening in your market sector especially as it pertains to any of your client or leads.∙ Increasing sales revenue of both new and existing customers on our expanding digitalplatforms (SommGo) and other opportunities.∙ Write and edit letters/emails/ proposals.∙ Work on site during certain events.∙ Collate and produce sales plans and reports as required.∙ Ensure that all sales administration is completed to a high standard and on time.∙ Identify and research new growth areas for sales.∙ Some travel and attendance/support at weekend and evening events is required.FF Job Description for Sales Account Executive 2024Requirements:● Experience in prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining existing clientrelationships.● Proven record of strong sales achievements.● Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight.● Self-driven and focused to make high-volume calls.● Highly focused and motivated to achieve personal/group sales targets.● Experience in prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining existing clientrelationships.● Pro-active and energetic team player who is also able to work independently.● Strong presentation and proposal writing skills● Experienced in account management/planning.● Has know-how on how to utilize existing prospect databases as well as cultivation of newbusiness through sourcing of leads.Value- Adds:● Experience in selling booth space digital products and solutions (in any industry)● Possess some experience in B2C and B2B exhibit and sponsorship sales● Working knowledge of CRM basics (Zoho)● Working knowledge of Adult Beverage marketFast Forward Events offers:● Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial environment where the abilityto earn and grow has no limits.● Employer contribution towards Health Benefits.● Supportive environment that encourages growth, development and learning, rooted inreal-world experiences.● Work/life balance and generous PTO● Base plus commissionAbout Fast Forward Events:Fast Forward is an events and media company specializing in tradeshows, conferences andconsumer events within the alcohol beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle markets.
