THE OPPORTUNITY Triton is seeking a experienced Operations Manager to join its well-established team of professionals in our Vancouver office. Reporting to the Vice President, Operations you will be responsible for: The day-to-day operations of the office ensuring it is aligned and integrated with the company vision Providing overall direction and leadership for your team to ensure they achieve personal and office performance targets Developing and maintaining regional client relationships and working with senior managers to strategically expand the business Working alongside other operations and business managers to deliver work across the company as well as strategically plan for your office and Triton’s future Adhering to and maintaining quality throughout the operations of the office SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS You identify yourself as an experienced manager who knows how to inspire your team to do their best. You have the following skills and attributes: Degree or Diploma in a related management field 10 years of progressive experience with operations management Worked in consulting and managed a business unit with yearly revenue in excess of $1M Demonstrated experience in relationship management across all stakeholders (Operations, IT, Executives, Senior Management, HR, Finance), and clients Supervisory experience (e. g. managed >15 direct reports) Demonstrated involvement in building, leading, and mentoring teams of professionals to support projects as well as the business Comprehensive network of industry and government contacts Keen ability to proactively recognize and mitigate potential problems with staff or.
