Location: Nellies Block - Esquimalt, BC Position Status: Union Reports to: Site Supervisor Starting Wage: $22.43 per hour plus RSP Job Responsibilities Provide superior customer service to clients and the general public. Provide superior customer service Read and understand Maritime Pacific Single Quarter’s Regulations Act as building Fire Warden Work outside in various weather conditions for general cleaning/upkeep Complete March In/Out routines Complete Rounds of Building Complete damage reports Submit work orders with Real Property Operations Maintain key control Maintain building safety equipment (first aid kits, eye wash stations, emergency showers, earthquake survival kits) Prepare Linen Exchanges Report to BAccn O regarding needs for linen, furniture, supplies, etc. Use Microsoft Office suite of software including: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Work, MS Access, MS Power Point Extensively use Base Accommodation software (MS Access and Quick Quarters) Liaise with outside agencies such as Preventative Medicine,.
