We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Pipeline team . In this position, you will oversee the management and supervision of our pipeline services staff, taking charge of project scoping, engineering design, specifications development, plan signing and sealing, permitting, client management, coordination with clients' surveying and construction crews, technical reports, and project invoicing. A critical thinker with excellent analysis and problem-solving skills. A results-driven leader with a commitment to the highest ethical practices. Proven ability to prioritize tasks for yourself and your team, resulting in excellent time management and top performance. A master of relationship management, both externally and internally. Your Responsibilities: Formulate project scopes and design guidelines for natural gas pipeline projects, metering and regulating stations, tapping facilities, gas facility support structures, and related work. Provide technical support, engineering design, and specifications development. Supervise the creation and management of gas pipeline construction plan and profile drawings, station site plan drawings, traffic control plans, and details in accordance with standards/specifications. Undertake specialized design assignments of a complex nature. Manage pipeline services staff to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality products and services to customers. Conduct project reviews to monitor service quality to the client, providing updates and decision items. Coordinate project permit procurement with various entities such as cities, counties, TxDOT, and other utility regulators. Support the Managing Director in marketing, client relationship management, proposal development, and project scheduling. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: An undergraduate or master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas. Seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience in staff management. Thorough knowledge and understanding of natural gas industry design codes and standards. Professional integrity, sense of responsibility, and accountability. Experience leading, developing, and mentoring project engineer task leaders, designers, and project administrative personnel. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a commitment to safety. Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
