"I can succeed as an Investment Group/Investment Related HR Manager."As an IG/IR HR Manager, you will partner with the IG/IR Senior Managers and Director on the development and execution of the vision for the IG/IR HR team. You'll drive the investment unit coordination work, manage the annual review process, oversee all data and reporting efforts, and act as project manager for major initiatives across the team (e.g. organizational design, DE&I, performance and change management, total rewards). You will represent the IG/IR team on various technology workstreams and help manage the IG/IR technology roadmap. You will partner closely with various specialist groups and play a critical role in the connection of the IG/IR team within the broader HR function. Finally, you'll be responsible for leading by example and contributing to the development of the IG/IR HR team."I am the person Capital Group is looking for."You lead by example in different managerial structures, with reviewers rotating regularly and reporting relationships that are complex player-coach (vs traditional direct report relationships).You lead by example and have worked with various HR specialist partners in varying needs specific to the investment group.You conduct two review processes, Explorance and Workday, concurrently. Requires extensive involvement from HR to facility year-round, particularly with groups/leaders that cross between both processes. Manages relationship with business stakeholders, IT team, and external vendors to prepare for, launch, and process-improve each annual cycle.You will be project manager for all projects conducted by IG and IR HR team-this includes determining the appropriate resources, timeline, deliverables, business impact, communication planning, etc.You will have reporting oversight-manage data clean-up/reconciliation, and delivery of all reporting templates/dashboards for all IG and IR; act as lead on any tech workstreams.You pride yourself on building meaningful relationships and establishing trust. You are a generous collaborator and have worked across highly matrixed environments to plan, execute and communicate measurable impacts.You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.You've led projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped when you've enlisted the help of others, sifted through large data sets, re-prioritized, strategized, tailored communication, embraced conflict, and identified critical issues. Southern California Base Salary Range: $140,995-$225,592In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
